I got one of these from Sears a few months ago. The price seems to have gone up. I chose 'store pick up' and had it in an hour.

I looked and looked and the only mouth guard with no breathing holes I could find was the one from the guy in the video mentioned earlier in this thread. I bought it.
It worked except for one thing not related to the mouth guard itself: The edge of my lips closest to the pillow when I’m sleeping on my side (which is most of the time) droops open.
The solution that ended up working for me was 3M Micropore tape on both edges of my mouth to keep my lips from drooping open, plus a chin strap, plus keeping my machine at 7 instead of 15, which was my doctor’s new recommendation (15 blew too hard and would have required I tape my entire mouth shut, not just the edges). And I bought pre-soaked alcohol swabs to get the sticky residue off in the morning.

merhaba12 wrote:I recently purchased 3 double mouth guards from Century Martial Arts. The shipping was $9.90, which is ridiculous! That's why I purchased 3. I was told that with a boil and bite mouthguard you sometimes need to try more than once.

I have been using a chin strap (Puresome Ruby) for a month. When I received the mouthguard, I switched to using it. It worked great! After a week, I tried to go without anything and now I am able to keep my mouth closed!

So, I have 2 unused double mouthguards. They cost $3.99 each. I'll sell both of them for $12 which would include shipping. Please PM me if you are interested.

Sent you a PM.

Those boil 'n bite mouthguards don't stop the air from puffing out of the lips, do they? I tried one awhile ago (hurt my jaw), but I don't remember if I had that problem or not.
