I really love the Zeo's data results and want it to work, but cannot understand why I am feeling some effects.
I have the headband and the bedside manager unit. Zeo sends signals from the headband to the bedside unit via radio waves. I imagine the frequency is between 1 to 3 Ghz. These frequencies are considered in the microwave region.
Anyway, I don't believe that low level microwaves (or cell phones) or high power lines have a negative effect on us. So I'm not pre-biased. But I know some people do.
The problem is over the last week or so whenever I wear the Zeo to bed, I start to feel a warm, uncomfortable feeling on my forhead, get a slightly nauseous feeling in my stomach, and even feel a slight headache after about 1 to 2 hours of use. I have repeatedly taken it off and then rested comfortably the rest of the night and feel fine afterwards. It happened again last night after about an hour. My SleepHead data showed excellent data last night with 9 hours of sleep and AHI=0.
I have worn the unit all night, and tolerated these effects throughout the night. The next day I felt fine, once the unit was taken off.
I've considered the wearing effects of the headband itself, but my nasal mask straps literally dwarf the Zeo headband and I'm fine wearing the nasal straps alone. I have the Zeo on relatively loose - just enough so that it works.
Has anyone else noticed these or similar effects? Maybe it's my imagination, I dunno.

To the best of my knowledge, human sensitivity to weak radiation of this sort has not been proven.
This does not make it impossible.
Does your phone have Bluetooth? Strap it to your head and see if the symptoms can be duplicated.
You may have an unusual 'gift'; either that or your alien implant is defective.

I have never had any issues, nor has my wife. Actually, I don't recall ever reading about any issues like this on the Zeo forums, and I am there often.
Just a thought, but perhaps you have some sensitivity to silver? I think the little electrodes are silver-infused fabric. Beyond that, I don't have a clue what could be causing it but I'd be interested if you ever find out.

Yes, perhaps it is sensitivity to silver. I have never placed silver on my skin for long periods of time before so wouldn't know for sure.
No, I've never seen anything posted about it either. It certainly is strange though. I have an electrical engr background and have worked around high power RF and transmitters all my life with no problems - so that's why I'm baffled.
Well, I'll give it another go tonight and see. I do want this thing to work cuz I am building a good sleeping database and Zeo is helping to fine tune things... sigh.

People can become allergic to anything at all at any time in their lives, or discover allergies they hadn't know they had (if you are allergic to something in the Zeo).

Re: Feeling strange effects with Zeo?
Well, with fairness to Zeo, I wore the headband all night and didn't feel any bad effects. All went well. Slept 8 hours - the Zeo data and SleepyHead looked good. AHI = 0.2 with good resp rate.
I will keep an eye on it, but since no one else has posted about these effects, I guess it was just some anomaly with me.
