I'm having the same issue. Says it can't register me. I got mine in Pittsburgh. Did you ever get this issue resolved?RoRo wrote:Has anyone been able to successfully register at the site yet? When I try it tells me that it only accepts machines that are sold in the US and Canada. Of course mine was purchased here in Alabama. Anyone else encounter this?

Dave,
Tried again last night to register, but got the same response. Guess the app/site isn't running yet....

Re: SleepMapper
I agree it is a slight acknowledgement that a CPAP patient just might be smart enough (according to the doctors) to get some worth out of the machine's sleep data. Still, a small step forwards is better than a step back into the past. Maybe it'll open a floodgate for future generations?Drowsy Dancer wrote: it is a token acknowledgement that patients might actually be interested in their data

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Ok....I just got off the phone with the company that gave me my machine. Apparently, if your Respironics machine ends with the letters TS, then Respironics hasn't entered all of the serial numbers into their system yet. So until they do, you are going to keep getting the US/Canada error message. He said hopefully by next week it will be up and running for all of the TS machines.

Dave,
Thanks for the info/update. I'll try registering again around Friday and see what happens...

SleepMapper has now launched! Check it out on the website or download the app.
Re: SleepMapper
The talk that I heard yesterday by Dr. A. J. Borelli, who said that he was one of their sleep apnea advisors, was that this is intended to encourage people to succeed at cpap by allowing them to see their progress, set goals, and so on. It didn't seem to me to have much value for people that are already using their full sleep data, they're already proactive enough on their own to get along. But those that would like to make their cpap therapy work, but aren't motivated enough to get fully into sleep data analysis, this might be something that would help them stay connected and see progress. And it comes across kind of like a video game on a high-tech gadget, so it has that going for it as well *smile*.
It is also limited in that it only works with Philips-Respironics System One at this time (as I recall, I think that was it *smile*).

Re: SleepMapper
I can provide a little more information on this topic. I went to the Phillips Facebook page and complained that the Sleepmapper app didn't work for me because it only works in the US and Canada. Apparently, it doesn't not work in the country of Pennsylvania. Within a day, someone from Phillips contacted me and asked for my phone number. He manually entered my serial number into the system and it began to work. It's pretty neat...when it's working. It seems like the bugs still need to be worked out. I slept for 7 hours Monday night and the app said I slept for .9 hours. Some nights it's accurate, some nights it isn't. Hopefully, it will be more reliable in the future.
