Any humidifiers without the Bisphenol A plastic?

i have a resmed humidaire 3i and there is no way to put water in it without touching the plastic.

No, he's right. On the S8 water tanks, the water is constantly in touch with the plastic. Only the S9 tanks have the "full metal bottom" where the water is not in constant contact with the plastic.

I got a S9 with the junk tank. I bought a cleanable tank, but I've been opening and dishwashing my "non-opening" tank and alternating tanks every cleaning cycle. No obvious effects so far, but I suspect the aluminum will eventually get pitted. If so, I'll buy a new cleanable tank.

That's interesting that the non-dishwashable tank is now openable.
