I haven't had to do it but a few others have reported success by altering the setting.

That fixed it, Pugsy, thanks. Didn't know this option was there. I now see the peaks go up to about 19 and are rounded as they should be.

However, when I set the mask flow for - 100, +100, it has no effect. Seems the auto range overrides it and sets it to -175, +175. Anything over 100 is usually a leak spike, thus the desire for a smaller 100 range.

I noticed in preferences the software writer said when asked what oximeter is in use, he had as an option, "Overpriced ResMed" HA!
