Congratulations on your great start. I just started April 30, so almost 4 months now. I found this forum that day, so I basically started with this forum helping me. fortunately, my doctor prescribed the full data machine, as I didn't know about that until I got it.

I do wish that all new cpap users would be given the link to this forum. Those of us who find it early have a much better start and a better chance at full success. I spent the first few days reading tons of old posts, especially those beginner threads that are permanently at the top. That was awesome. I also think it is really cool that even beginners can help other beginners, so we can start helping others even while we still receive help.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Not only congratulations on 9 hours, but look at your AHI!

That's great! I'm still struggling to get below 5 AHI ...

AWESOME!! Have you added any accessories to your mask such as liner, anti-leak strap, or do you just slap it on your face and go to sleep for 9hrs??

I have not added any accessories yet. Believe it or not the mask is not all that uncomfortable but i will be adding accessories eventually.
