In all seriousness, sometimes SUIB is the answer.

I hope you find the answer for your motivation problem, even if it's some psychological trick.

I'm really concerned that a break may cause psychological problems when you start trying again. You might have problems getting to sleep, taking the mask off, etc. You brain may train itself to be lazy and not do the mask.
