If you read under product features you'll see where it says for slim line and climate line. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... -wrap.html It's 7 inches short for the climate line.

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... -wrap.html The wrap helps to insulate the hose from the cooler, ambient room air. Use the wrap to reduce condensation and rainout in the SlimLine Tubing.

ResMed indicates this tube wrapping can be used with both the SlimLine and ClimateLine tubing. However, the ClimateLine tubing is longer than the SlimLine tubing by about 7 inches. This tube wrapping fits the SlimLine from end to end. If you use this tube wrapping with the ClimateLine tubing it will not completely cover the length of the tubing.

There's always only been one way to get into the Respironics clinical menus. Methods varied with models but always only one way. They might think that if they lock you out of the clinical setup area that it will keep you out but there isn't a "super lock" that overrides the standard hold the buttons down for 5 seconds thing.
Bluff or BS or whatever you want to call it.
Some of the settings can be placed on the SD card through Encore and they'll override the settings you changed in the clinician's menu. I'm not sure whether the SD card settings do the override trick the first time you put the card in after the DME has put the settings change on the card, or if they'll keep changing them back as long as the card is in the machine.

You might have to replace or reformat the card to undo the DMEs settings.

ResMed indicates this tube wrapping can be used with both the SlimLine and ClimateLine tubing.

If the DME has used Encore to initiate a change on the machine by way of the SD card then the SD card will keep putting that change back on the machine no matter how many times we manually change the machine's whatever setting.
Solution...erase the SD card or just use a new blank SD card.
Software changes will override manual changes until either the software makes another change or we take that change off the SD card.
