Thanks for mentioning this diet, Janknitz. I looked into it, and see I regularly eat a few things I thought were pretty innocuous: canned coconut milk, salted nuts, and quinoaJanknitz wrote:the GAPS diet
And then there's the stuff I know is not good for me, but eat anyway a couple times a week (popcorn and butter).
I've got to get back to making those fermented sides again: beet kvass, sauerkraut, and salsa.
