Just for some background, I have not had a sleep study, and recently got a S9 AutoSet, we set it to 6-12 - EPR3 - Ramp 45 min because I had low SP02:

We went to bed about 8 pm and of course had trouble falling to sleep, actually when we both got up around 10 to pee, I did not think I had slept at all! After that it seemed like I was not getting enough air and suffocating!
Here is a shot of my report, Shawn seems to think that I did fall asleep around 9ish . . .

As you can see the leak, came after the pressure rise, not the machine chasing the leak ...
However, both of us are not sure why after we went back to bed, I could not get pressure more than 6, and I seem to feel like I'm suffocating at 6, and just lay there. . .
Shawn thinks we should shorten the ramp time down to 5-10 area, and increase the min at least 1 cm ...
Were unsure of how to proceed, any suggestions?
