I am really a newcomer to cpap treatment, so before I found this message board and cpap.com, I ordered two nasal interfaces from an online store called cpapxchange.com. They were very efficient in sending out the products, but when I returned one of the unopened masks by mail, they did not pick up the package at the post office, and they have not answered my emails. They don't give refunds, just store credit, that is their policy. I am not happy with this poor customer service.
Has anyone else ever dealt with them before? and if so what was your experience if you had to return something?

I'm very surprised to hear you had troubles with cpapXchange. I've been using them for nearly two years now -- 4 masks -- and have been very happy with their service. I did have to return one mask because I ordered the wrong size, but they were very good about it and credited my account right away. Did you ever get your situation resolved?
