Hey, I'm a musician--I'm allowed to talk about this stuff!
Since you didn't mention "nasal pillows" in your post, I think you're off the hook.
Of course I do need to make mention that
a nasal pillows mask allows for even greater intimacy then other masks.

No, but they
are mentioned in my sig line, so some might consider ALL my posts to have digital cooties or something.
Which reminds me: I keep slapping my monitor trying to kill that blasted bug. I would have thought the lizard's tongue could have reached that thing by now.

I just stick a little piece of painter's tape on my screen.

Be sure to leave a quarter-inch of the blue tape folded over on one end for quick removal in case of emergency.

I sleep with either a FFM or the hybrid type mask and cuddle time with my hubby before sleep continues as it did before I began APAP. I still rest my head on his shoulder and snuggle in tight with his arm around my shoulder. I don't lie on my back, so I'm turned in to him while I'm on my side.
I rigged a hose holder of my own, using a 1"eye hook screwed into the ceiling directly over my head on my side of the bed. I took a 2 1/2' piece of elastic cord and tied a knot at the end of it to slip onto the eye hook. I tied a hair scrunchy onto the other end of the elastic and slip my climate line hose through that, letting the end of the hose rest on my pillows. When it's time to go to bed, I just get in and hook up the hose. The elastic keeps it flexible no matter how I turn from side to side and it keeps it out of the way of snuggle time. Sounds complicated, but it took less than 2 minutes and $2.
If you want a pic, I'll post it here
Disclaimer: I'll post a pic of the hose set up here, NOT of me and hubby snuggling. Unless I'm PM'd for it..

So, did I understand that correctly--that your husband charges you two dollars for two minutes of complicated snuggle time?
Oh, never mind, I get it now.

How do all you couples keep that level of intimacy while being strapped to this thing!?
You do it in the back seat of a volkswagon in a park before going to bed. It adds a sense of danger and makes you feel like a teenager again.
Thanks, I needed that chuckle!
