I think the CPAP treatment is starting to work on me.
Been trying to sleep with it for the whole night and I've been successful in the last few days having it on for at least 7 hours a night.
On the weekend, after my golf game I normally have an afternoon nap as I'd feel very tired. But somehow I tried to sleep but just couldn't.
So went downstairs to make brownies for tea.

Much more energy on the weekend and the headaches have gone. Hoping this continues.

Went for my 2 week check up and doc says data looks very good from the last 10 days.

I asked to try the Pilairo for the next 2 weeks before I return the loan CPAP machine.
The machine I've bought is just about to arrive from the US.

Tried the Pilairo last night, it was good on the nose without leakage. I could turn and sleep on my sides.
But I found the straps abit tight and it can't be adjusted.
