I have a goatee, it's short, but still a goatee. Can I get some feedback on the forma? I'm thinking of getting one.
Thanks,
Ernie

Re: Fisher & Paykel Forma
I have a goatee and have used the Forma mask for about two months now. I find it very comfortable, I keep my beard cut short to help with leaks. Just make sure you get the right size for you. My DME pushed me toward the insert (medium and large) sizes included with the mask frame. The mask insert is designed to fit under your chin, I needed the xl to fit properly. It left some pretty serious marks on my cheeks at first but I got my Mom to make some fleece pads for the lower straps, like pad a cheek but my way.

I don't have a beard. I used the F&P FF #431 and #432 for six months but had lots of leaks. The Forma is similar to the #432 but has a forehead support in addition. These masks don't have double layers of Silicone on their cushions like many other FF masks do. The chin support is not tight enough comparing to a chinstrap. Since I switched to my present mask my treatment has improved alot.

Re: Fisher & Paykel Forma
I have the Forma mask your referencing. My take - not a chance you'll be happy with it having a goatee. The silicon mask needs to make skin contact in that area for a good seal. Move the goatee up an inch for a soul patch then no problemo.
