Have you thought hard about what things, often small, might have changed in your life when it comes to sleep habits, times (consistency is very important), what you've been eating or drinking before sleeping, whether you might now be mouth breathing at night and possibly need a full face mask, or a different pressure setting, or have you had a medical check-up recently to rule out other problems like thyroid, or anemia or 1,000 others that could be involved? What equipment are you using - is any of it new? What about medications? WIthout information, we can only guess.

Please fill out your profile. Is your machine data capable? Do you have the software and monitor your therapy? How long has it been since you changed out your mask? If you are using a nasal mask could you be mouth breathing? Have you gained weight or lost weight where your pressure needs have changed?

There are medications that can cause fatigue (unfortunately I take some of those and feel it contributes to my tired feeling). Do you take meds that might be doing the same?

Do you have health conditions that may warrant your fatigue? When did you last have a check up? I would start with a physical and talk to the doctor about it. If things check out, maybe you are due for another sleep study.

Along with everything the oters have mentioned, I'll throw in this: It could be that your OSA has started to deteriorate and that you need a new sleep study to find out what's going on and whether your pressure needs have substantively changed. Call your sleep doc and set up an appointment.
