Hello Everyone,
I am a new CPAP user (for 6 nights now). ResMed Elite S8 with heated humidifier and pressure setting of 8 cms.
Question I have is that in the morning I feel cold and achy (specifically in the calf/leg region). Is this normal? I put on an additional comforter that seems to have helped for last night's sleep. [My wife is very happy and certainly can do without my snoring).
I'll appreciate any information as to what you all felt in the first week (health wise) when you started to use CPAP. My dry mouth and dry eyes are gone and have started adjusting to the attachment that has become a part of my face at night.
Thanks in advance.

New User question
Well I don't know if it's normal, but I certainly had the same reaction when I started CPAP. My nighttime body temperature plainly dropped, and I had to start using quite a few more covers. I attributed it to going into deep sleep more often and for longer periods, but I don't recall reading or hearing about anyone else experiencing that. Been on CPAP for about three months now, so I can still remember that shift.
Other things that went on that first week was a big burst of energy from the classic "rebound sleep" effect. Started working out again, over did it, and was quite sore for days.
