So ... So far it apears that nobody has gotten the second test for free, and one opinion that it is because they also are a DME ... I hope this is not the case ... I DO plan on taking a list in with make, model and price!
I got the second test free.

The sleep lab where ou sleep studies took place was also our first DME (now fired).

Went in last night, and the usual "photo Id, Ins, what's your co-pay?" I handed the tech my Drivers license, and told her that tonight was supposed to complemental, and she says, OH, your the guy who didn't like the bed, I said that's right, to bad more people wouldn't speak up, and just tolerate a bad bed, and a poor substandard test, as a result of improper environment. I ask if they got new beds in the last three weeks? and she says no, but your getting a different room . . . the bed was softer than I would prefer, but . . . no lumps or sags!
