Ultra mirage masks

I have the Ultra Mirage Full Face mask which (after some trial and error with strap) I love! I have to wear a little piece of moleskin on the bridge of my nose but that's not a big deal.

I was also given the Resmed Nasal pillow interface, which try as I might, I can not get used to. I would like a nasal mask and would like to try the Ultra Mirage nasal mask. In the event that my insurance won't pay for it, would I order the same size nasal as full face? I will of course use cpap.com! My full face is a medium.
