Im a natural backsleeper (be thankful youre not because this is a much worse problem for OSA people).

But I've invented some different home remedies that have actually helped.

Think of it like this: you need to get your body to STAY in a certain position, and you need to make sure you dont pull that mask off. Maybe that sounds oversimplified, but follow the keep is simple stupid (KISS) principle.

For me, I literally tether myself to a vertical post aside my nightstand, onto a belt loop of a pair of khaki shorts, such that I cant roll onto my back--thus the rope is quite short.

In your case, if you use your imagination you''ll find something that works. Off the top of my head, perhaps an inverted backpack with a light childs kickball inside that eliminates any chance you roll onto your stomach. And a pair of mittens on your hands?

Or an alarm clock set to the time you usually pull off the mask to check it every night, and then back to sleep. The key is to find what works for you and to keep it basic. You dont need to spend a fortune on gimmicky junk your DME might show you, can you make it on the cheap at home.

I'm a stomach, side and back sleeper, I turn all over the place. I use a Headrest or a Swift FX and even an Ultra Mirage FFM and I can still sleep over the stomach. The secret is to have a good hose management system and a pillow you can put your face in the edge of it. I have a buckwheat pillow which I'm able to change the shape as needed depending on how I'm sleeping (back, side or stomach). It is very hard to sleep over the stomach with a full face mask, I'm able 'in extremist' but able using the buckwheat pillow.

I'm not able to sleep on the Falcon position because if my back and shoulder's pain.
