MyEncore Cannot acess detabase

I recently bought the Bipap pro 2 and got the Encore Pro software ver. 1.5.82 and I wanted to upgrade to MyEncore. While I have no problems with the Encore Pro when I try to open the MyEncore program the message appears and says: Cannot access the Encore Database. Can someone tell me how to over come the problem?
