On my Remstar auto, the smart card basically collects data. It keeps track of pressures, time, AHI, stuff like that. It'll hold about a week's worth of complete data and compliance data for a much longer period of time.

I take the card out of my machine and insert it into a card reader on my computer and then run a program (EncorePro and another called MyEncore) to let me see that data in graphs and other more easily readable formats.

If you have the Pro 2 you can get the data Yardbird says, if your machine is the Pro, all you will get is complance data. (Hours used) not very helpful.

If you have the pro 2 it is worthwhile to get the software and reader, for the pro it is not.
Use data to optimize your xPAP treatment!
