I can not access any detailed data at all
I called the manufacturer and gave the SN. you are correct, it is obsolete although they still service and repair them

so much for the VA
I just received an appt for 6-14, I will take it up with them when I visit....they also billed my insurance company over 4K for this thing!!
I verified that too and have a copy coming to take with me

I think it was overcharged...and for a non production unit?
sheesh

Way over charged. I can find that machine easily for about $50 on the secondary market. If I had one I would be embarrassed to offer it for any more than $50....talk about an old dinosaur. Great backup machine but whoever supplied it took an old machine (even if it had zero hours) off the shelf and billed the government a ton of money.
Brand new models can be bought online for $2200. I bought mine for half that amount privately. Should you need or want to go that route just send me a private message and I will supply details.

Check out the machine I am using now....sweet machine. I love it. I can use SleepyHead or Rescan to get my data. I don't even bother with the on screen data (which is nothing to complain about).
