Could you please answer the following questions:
1) Should I use the ClimateLine or Standard? The temperature swings between 50 and 75 F around here.
2) The Apria guide tells me to clean the tubing and the humidifier chamber once a week. Is that good enough or should I do it every day?
3) I believe I got the standard chamber not the Dishwasher safe one. Should I buy a dishwasher safe chamber online?
4) How often should I change the filters?

Hopefully in the next few days, I will get used to the CPAP.
1 I have used the ClimateLine during the summer, there is no reason why you can't... But the RT isn't wrong, the Slimline is probably fine this time of year. I'm using a standard tubing right now with a different machine; if I don't preheat the humdifier, the air comes out a little bit cool when I first turn it on.

2 I clean my tubing once a week with soapy water, the same for the humidifier. I also put a vinegar and water solution (1/3) in the humidifier once a week and let it sit for 20-30 mins before rinsing. On a daily basis, I rinse out the water chamber in the morning and let it air dry until the evening.

3 I prefer the dishwasher safe one but the standard one is ok when it's new. You just can't scrub the bottom of it like you can the dishwasher safe one, which comes apart easily.

4 Changing filters depends on the environment. Resmed recommends every 3 months but I change mine at 4-6 weeks.
