Totally agree, you are one in a million Pugsy!

Thank you for all your help and kindness, and here is a short poem for you.

We are encountered,
In a flash of eternity.
I cry, tears in eyes,
What fine people I have met.
On our beautiful planet!

Best wishes from Japan!

I cannot add much more to the comments already made, but to say I wholeheartedly agree that Pugsy is so wonderful how she gives so much of herself to help others here.

She makes me want to be a better person.

Let me add my voice to say "Thank you!" to Pugsy. She does a GREAT job of providing information, carefully reading the posts from others who struggle to make it work and making every effort to reach out and MAKE A DIFFERENCE! "Thank you!" is inadequate, but it is all that we can say. So, let me say it clearly:

Thank you!!

Thank you again.

But can I add this...Everyone who responds with an offer to help someone whether it is a pat on the back, welcome to the forum, been there done that, or various technical details...is an important part of the community here. We all contribute in our own way and every way is just as important as any other way.
I am more technical and less "pat on the back" Others are more vocal about sympathy than I am...those people are just as vital to this community as the technical people are. I do sympathize but usually zero in on trying to work out a solution instead of dwelling on sympathy. I realize sympathy is indeed needed but I am not good at vocalizing it. Contrary to what I tell my husband..I am not perfect.

So each and every person here who offers encouragement or technical aid or whatever..is a vital part of the community here.

I am here helping because someone in the past helped me. Wulfman, Ozij, Rested Gal...they got me started.
Some people come and stay...some people come and go on their way once their issues are sorted out.
It is the way of life on internet forums.

I have to give praise to Pugsy too, for the great answers she provides to all who need help here, and for the people she helps off line as well. Many here may never know how much support she gives freely to others in need for this or that piece of equipment they need and can't afford or get otherwise. Her wisdom and generosity are gifts to us all.

There is another person who needs a "Pugsy" award - she just posted. Janknitz has also done a tremendous amount to encourage people to continue with xPAP. Maybe we need a CPAPTalk.com Star Contributor Award that people can vote on. Both Pugsy and Janknitz would get two thumbs up from me!

Hear Hear, Queen for a day and a whole lot longer.

When it comes to help with xPAP problems, it is hard to beat Pugsy's comments.

For sure... Robysue as well!

Several of the men also... of course, they don't hold a candle to the women.
