Another Pad-A-Cheek fan!

Post by snuginarug » Wed Apr 25, 2012 8:53 am

I just got my anti-leak strap from P-A-C, and it works quite well. The fabric is incredible. So so so soft! Like a baby's bottom, but better. My seal is much better now that I have this strap to redistribute the pressure of the mask upon my face. I can't say enough good things about Karen's products. I have no need for strap covers, but if they are made from the same type of fabric, OMG, you have to touch it to believe it!

So 5 thumbs up for Pad-A-Cheek!

Snug....I don't think I would want a baby's bottom near my face...soft or not.

Actually I agree, Karens products are the best!!!!!!
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

--Fortunately, babies are soft all over.
I wonder why the expression specifies 'bottom'

Good to read your recommendation! I checked it out yesterday and wondered if it would help with my mask issues. When my face is relaxed the medium seems too wide at the bottom but fits better than the small from top to bottom. I don't know, maybe I'm just rapidly headed for nasal pillows.

Even with the nose bridge guard I am still getting sores, but the guard did help a lot. I ordered the anti-leak strap today, and I am pretty confident, based on some testing with a home made version, that it will help overall leaks and reduce the nose bridge issues.

I would have stayed with my rigged device, but the Pad-a-cheek version has got to be better and more comfortable than what I devised.
