I definitely would get the software. Kind like a diabetic monitoring their blood sugar. If you change pressures, try to keep them in a narrow range, say 8-13. If the nose congestion becomes a big problem, you may want to try a full face mask. Not fun, but can help. And be patient, as it took me many months to get thru a full nite wearing the mask. The energy will return when your over your sleep deprivation you have put your body through. Its going thru some big changes right now. Soon, your mask with almost feel like part of your body, almost so unoticable that it won t wake you. Hang in there. After 2 and half years, I can say its worth it. Just gotta be willing to monitor events and tweak some things. And finally, don"t look for prefection. I have seen too many ppl looking for that under AHI. Anything under 5 is good. And it will vary nite to nite, depending on many factors.
