Have READER for EncorePro Smartcard - Need software download

I am new to this forum and have purchased the READER for the Encorepro SmartCard from 2 Factors as suggested. It seems like the free download for the softward is no longer available. Is that true? Where can I get the free software? Does anyone know? I can't afford to purchase it and from what I read it was free up until a very short time ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I'd rather spend $99.00 for the software than spend at least that much (and usually more) for ONE office call to the doctor just to tell him how I feel.....when the software tells ME how I'm doing (and my doctor doesn't really care, anyway).
