This may have been where I read about vitamin D. I am definitely going to try it. I'm currently getting 400 IUs with my daily dose of calcium. If cranking it helps me sleep I am all in favor.
This forum is a plethora of info and new ideas. "I pity the fool" that is a hosehead and doesn't know about this forum!

I wanted to update you about a new product called SleepRate. It measures my sleep using my heart rate monitor belt. It is accurate, based on medical, FDA certified algorithms. It works!
