card downloads: how often?

Hello,

Just got my card reader and software. Wow, so much information!!!

How often do you people download the data from the card? Do you do it every morning to see how the night went? Do you do it once a week to get a more global idea? Do you change a setting on your machine, give it a few days and then download the data to see how your AHI varied?
