one year cpap anniversary - thank you...

I "celebrated" one year on cpap on March 25th. I want to thank everyone who helped me in those early days by responding to what now seem like silly questions (as I re-read them), offering advice and encouragement, pointing me toward certain blogs and websites, and helping me to become the master of my own therapy. I won't name names, but you know who you are. In my opinion, you are superstars!

I started cpap with a "brick," but within 4 months, thanks to information I found here, I was able to get a fully data capable machine and take charge of things. Being proactive with this therapy, in my opinion, has been crucial.

Tackling mask issues including leaks, cpap vs apap, etc... were all made easier by the help I received here.

With some experience under my belt, I've tried to help others as I felt sufficiently able...

Congrats Randy! Your story sounds just like mine, only I will be 2 years in shortly. If it wasn't for the wonderful folks on this forum I would have fallen flat on my face within a month. THANK YOU...from me too!!!!!!!
