Hmmm. There is no way to get the card out. It''s too far in to grab. But, I don't think it's the SD card. I finally used Google and found out that an SD card and a SIM card are two different things. The card in my modem says SIM. SO, I guess I will have to go and buy one.

I do appreciate all the help you have given me tonight. I am sure I will need more help in the future. lol

Not my machine, but I think you need to look at the machine, not the modem. Look in the spot that the modem covers...

I think Jaybee72 is correct. There is nothing in the modem..the SD card slot is on the back of the blower. Look at the above picture I posted. It is possible that the SD card is not in the slot. The modem works without the SD card in place or not. DME may have removed the card.

I have the modem in my hand. There is a small yellow button on the underside with what looks like some kind of card beside it. This is not what you are interested in.

Please forgive the crappy, cloudy day, cellphone pictures. Hopefully they will at least demonstrate the concepts.

Near the top center of the cavity created when the modem has been removed you will find the slot with the SDCARD.

or if there is no card this Image

OK, yeah, there is no card, I have looked. I wonder why there is no card? Do I have to get t from my DME or can I buy one at Wal Mart? Thanks for the pictures!

WalMart generic SD card is fine. I got a 2 GB Sandisk brand SD card for mine when I lost mine. Doesn't have Respironics on it or anything. I think it was around $9 or so..wasn't much and I got it at WalMart.
