My Quattro squeaks also! So I will definitely try these suggestions.

It's annoying enough to try and turn in bed and have to drag the hose along so it doesn't wrap around my neck, but then I have to move the swivel and it squeaks!!

Mine did this too. My husband called it my "mouse mask" because it liked to squeak.

For me, a tiny bit of Lansinoh did the trick. It's what I had near the bed!
