Virtuoso vs. New Respironics APAP Models

Can anyone tell me or point me to documentation about the differences between the Virtuoso APAP from several years ago and the newer RemStar Auto design? Specifically, I believe the Virtuoso did not use a pnemuotachograph like some other APAP mechanisms do.
