choicemmed oxywatch c316sm and windows 7

I have browsed through your forum and this looks like a community that might have an answer for me.

I don't have a CPAP but I suspect some sleep anea, so I purchased a Choicemmed C316SM Oxywatch pulse oximeter from Walmart (~$120). I have a problem with the download of data to my laptop running windows 7 64-bit. It will download "some" data but it's wacky! It doesn't download all of it and the datetime stamps are all over the map! Anyone have experience with this device/software?
