I mean how i reduce weight with this . I can not understand it .
You start getting more REM sleep and our body starts using energy to repair what damage was done with lost REM, The body takes a lot of energy to catch up to those needed repairs and your metabolism changes. The weight loss happens partially because your energy level rises as you start feeling better on the CPAP. Once you have paid that sleep deprivation off, you will see. Have you noticed any change in how you feel at all? How long have you used it?
Think positively and start moving a little more bit by bit and day by day. Your moods will change too. Some advice from my good friend whom is an Oncologist PA which I will share with you: Your appetite will increase as you feel better but try not to increased your caloric intake. Keep at the same amount of calories and sip on WATER all day. Water will cleanse your blood as your kidneys function better now you will process all that metabolic waste out easier. You will see if you take care and listen to your body. (Best thing to do is NOT let yourself get thirsty, that is a sign you have dehydrated.) As you drink a lot of fluid to quench that thirst, you are putting a strain on your kidneys to process it all at once. Once again, you will see if you try sticking to this. I just concentrated on being nice to my kidneys like my family advised - Wow - they were right. Starting a CPAP is an opportunity for quality of life change. Take advantage of it.
