I would hope that the VA wants more than compliance. They never checked up to this point and it will be 2yrs in May. I hope they check it all out.

PRS1 machines seem to occasionally not record all the data for some nights or some sessions.

It may or may not have something to do with pulling the card out too soon.

If it doesn't happen again, don't worry about it too much.
