I wish I could remember when my blood pressure started to drop, but I can't. I know it was within a month.

I'm monitoring my BP closely/daily so will report back any findings. Keep the comments coming though if you have anything to add...

Note...just installed SleepHead 0.9.2. (Mac) and it seems to read my F&P Icon Auto file OK. Comparing it to the F&P InfoSmart numbers and seems to be on the money.

My BP wasn't high when I started CPAP. Went to the doctor in early January and doctor said it's now even lower. I was happy to hear that! Of course, I would have been happy if I had dropped a few pounds too... but I chalked that up to the holidays.
If only the folks with sawdust for brains were as sweet and obliging and innocent as The Scarecrow! ~a friend~

Unfortunately, I saw no change. The sleep Dr. mentioned I might be able to eliminate one of my BP meds, but alas no. My BP problem is likely unrelated to sleep apnea, however.
