That schedule is very similar to the one my insurance pays for, except, they pay for new nasal pillows every two weeks, and new headgear/mask combo every six months. All the others are the same. Since my copay is low, I let them automatically send them out and I just stock up and use as needed.
APAP Pressure of 12-20, EPR of 3, CMS-50F Oximeter, PapCap, and Regenesis Pillow. 200mg Provigil in the AM. Also diagnosed with Idiopathic Hypersomnia.

You're receiving new nasal pillows every two weeks?? That just seems ridiculous to me. They can last much longer than that. How much are they charging you for them?

I have a friend that uses auto replenishment. He has been on CPAP for about 10 years. He could become a DME with all the supplies he has in his closet. I broke a hose about 2 years ago and I asked him if he had a spare. He had about 20 of them.
He says he hates insurance companies and will take all they will give him whether he needs them or not. Want to know why insurance rates are high???

Medicare requires the DME to contact the patient and get the patient's OK before sending out supplies. How, and how well, that requirement is enforced I don't know, but my DME calls before sending me anything. So far they've never displayed any unhappiness when I've said no need for a tank or a hose, etc. I do find it a good idea to get most of the pillows though. They're good for only 4 to 6 weeks before they start leaking real bad.

I only have to pay my copay for them. Which is like 3.00$
