Adjusting Intellipap Auto w Smartflex
Re: Adjusting Intellipap Auto w Smartflex
I would leave it at 7.5 for another couple or few nights to see if you adjust to that range and settle into it. If by Tuesday you are still getting similar results, nudge up the lower number to 8 and leave it there for several nights again. You might also find additional changes in your results based on your SmartFlex settings. Can you tell me what you have yours set at? For example, I have mine set for Smart Flex=Full Time set a 2 with iRounding set at 1 and eRounding set at 2. Some folks like it higher, but you have to play with those to find your own sweet spot. Your results are pretty good so far so you can take your time with adjustments. If you were having massive #'s of events and difficulties, you would need to be more agressive in your changes. Sometimes, a small adjustment like you've made will settle in and you will find your #'s will too. Give it a few more nights......
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

That sounds like very wise advice - settle in a few days now and then evaluate. I also appreciate the question about the Smartflex settings. It was timely because I had set full time and rounding all to 3, which felt like a bit much. I just set them back to 2, and with the upper and lower pressures the same, I can settle in for a few days and tweak later if needed.
