I even sit my PurSleep holder on a tiny ceramic dish cuz sometimes more oil gets on there than I plan for and it has dripped.

Before I got my PurSleep kit, I used cosmetic remover pads in the dish - worked a charm.

cheers,
xena

What essential oil scents are equivilent to Clear and Spice.
On Ebay, essential oil appears to be more reasonable in cost.

Has anyone done this?
I use a little cotton ball. Works fine. I have a tiny ceramic swan and I put the cotton ball on its back between its wings. Keeps the oil from getting on the table and is just the perfect height to have the cotton ball right at the air intake where the filter is. I have used regular essential oils as well as the PurSleep oils. Either one works fine. Sometimes I get too much on the cotton ball and have to move the swan away from the air intake a bit because scent is too strong initially.
My cotton balls sit on my Dragons neck/wings again its just the right height. I also have a bottle of sleeping oil that helps you nod off, it was made special for me from an herbalist

Just incase anyone wants a cottonball stand you could always make your own:

So I got the starter kit. Some nice scents, wish it came with more of the clear...

Though I have to say I think the disks do something to the oil to make it not last nearly as long. At first I tried the oil that came with it. It didn't really last through the night. I tried my peppermint oil on a disk, same thing, didn't last.

Put the same amount on a cotton ball, it lasted through the night and the next day.

I ordered some eucalyptus and a eucalyptus breath easy compound to see if that will help clear the sinuses...

Scott,

I had a feeling that you would really like the Clear scent. I use it every night whether I have any nasal congestion or not (I do use a few more drops if I am having any issues though). I just purchased more of the Clear in the larger refill size (30 ml instead of the starter size of 5 ml), which I believe has the same plastic insert in the bottle opening to provide measured drips like the 5 ml. I really need to try a cotton ball instead of the disks as you have suggested. It would save money (cotton balls are cheap) that could be used instead for purchasing more scents.
