Code for Nasal Mask and Nasal

My doctor's office screwed the order to the DME (they had headgear only and complete heated humidifier, not just the chamber) so I want to make sure they get it right. The doctor was leaving the decision of nasal mask or nasal pillow to me and the DME. It looks like the code A7034 covers both. Is tha correct?
