S9 Auto is much better than Escape Auto

Escape Auto doesn't show all data.

Escape Auto has onscreen AHI only and will show average pressure onscreen if using in apap mode. Does not record sleep quality data to card, only compliance data.

S9 Escape Auto shows AHI only and pressure (along with hours of use). It will not show the breakdown as to the different events that make up AHI, it will not show leaks or anything else.
I think it also doesn't have SmartStart either.

You can compare the 2 side by side here.

Or just return the Escape and find another dealer who will sell you an Autoset.

They saw you coming with a great big SUCKER sign on your head. Don't let them play you that way again. Take a look in my signature for "What you need to know BEFORE you meet your DME" and "Help, I'm stuck with a Brick".

If they won't swap it or start demanding a specific RX from your doctor or any of that baloney, follow Chunky's advice. Return the Escape and find a DME that WANTS yoru business.

I was able to switch to Apria (Hope I am not jumping out of the pan into the Fire!!)with Care Sentricks (sp) approval.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be the return of the Rescue to my "Old" DME and picking up my new S9 Autoset from Apria.

It took several phone calls and faxes...but I sure it will be worth the effort.

Tell them what you want. Don't settle for less. They have been good for me. But I did my homework.
