How to get My Encore to display all data

Post by The Youngs » Fri Feb 24, 2006 6:59 pm

My dh has had his Remstar Auto since 2/11. We just got the smart card reader today and I downloaded the data into Encore Pro 1.5. I can see the data from 2/11 to today 2/24 in their reports, but when I go to My Encore, I can only access data from 2/18 to today. I saw where someone recommended setting the preferences in My Encore to past 30 days instead of a set time and I tried that, but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

BTW, I went out to the Respironics site today and it looks like you can now only download the Encore Pro 1.5 if you have an account with them. Good thing I downloaded last week!

Thanks a bunch for the helpfulness here!

The way I count it, you have about one week's worth of data there. That's all the card can hold. The rest of what you see in Encore Pro is probably compliance data. The machine starts overwriting the oldest detail data whenever the card gets full, which is apparently about one week, according to other reports on this forum, but the card maintains compliance data for a much longer time period

Regard,
Bill

Bill,

Thanks so much! I couldn't figure this out. I'll make sure to download often enough.

It's kind of weird it holds only 6 days of detail data. I would much prefer 7 days so I could download on some kind of schedule.

Thanks again! This is a great spot to get real answers.

smart card reader order

Post by grybeard3 » Tue Aug 15, 2006 8:13 pm

I am looking for a smart card reader and wonder if any smart card reader will work, like SCBsolutions model SCR331 reader for instance. I went to the 2factors.com site and would have ordered theirs but they want payment through Paypal only and I won't go there.

The DT-3500 is the only one that will work, and then only with the correct softeare drivers. If you won't use 2 Factors and paypal, you will just have to pay more.

I've use them twice to 2 Factors, (at that price get two) Once I got into a paypal scam, and disreguarded it, and the second time it went as it should.

Both times I got what I paid for quickly and for the price quoted, in under 10 days. They are hard to beat, but the site is terrible. Jim

I got past the paypal icon and it said I could use my Visa, but after 12 or 15 tries to complete data, I gave up. It was never satisfied with my input, keep wanting me to join Paypal.

grybeard - you should know that joining paypal is safe. It's a very secure site, and I've been a member for years now without problem. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal, which doubles your safety. Not only do you have PayPal's protection, but your card issuer's protection as well. You won't need it, though, I don't think. Lots of people here have ordered from twofactors without incident.

I used Mastercard, and got scam email whitch I never answered, just filed. The paypal doesn't seem to be the same as here but it works, like I said for using the site, too many hoops to jump through, but to save $$$, watch me jump. Jim

If I could afford it I'd order a hundred, and resell them to members at a small breakeven fee. The bad thing would be double shipping involved & delay.

Now that CPAP.com has lowered it's prices on the Software & Reader, it's not too far out of line when you factor in the no hassle factor.
