Auto Cpap better for sensitive users?
Re: Auto Cpap better for sensitive users?
sickwithapnea17- it occurs to me that you could benefit from some real study of good sleep hygiene. I'm sure you can get a lot of advice on the forum, google "sleep hygiene" and you'll get lots of hits. You might be bad enough to need the services of a sleep coach to reach those deeper stages of sleep.

Re: Auto Cpap better for sensitive users?
the sleep tech data sheet said they were increasing the pressure higher than 14/10 because of flow limitations and I was in REM at 18/14; they were also increasing the pressure because of hypopneas
I had such a terrible night and woke up with the mask tubing disconnected from the mask and in a haze
also I do have centrals/hypopneas on the sleep study with O2 at 75 so I don't think autocpap can treat the centrals
people have told me I need an ASV so I guess I'll just have to try it with my bipapst
