Ok, so here's some leak data on the Breeze venting from EncorePro for this week. If I am reading this right the 90% leak is a little high and the avg leak is a little low.

My AHI was 2.1

Tube is 16" long

90% leak-26.2
Avg leak-17.5

90% Press-10.3
Avg Press-9.5

As you say, 17.5 may be slightly low. Mine is usually about 20 l/m at 9 cm pressure, but that includes slight mask leakage at the pillows.

Seems close enough to me. So, you are using 1/4" O.D. thin wall plastic tubing and forcing it into the vent hole.

I'll head down to ACE Hardware tomorrow and get a piece of tubing and give it a try tomorrow night.
