I also recommend Padacheek mask liners. I have been able to consistently obtain ahi scores under 1.0 combined with single digit MAXIMUM leak rates. I did need to trim a small amount of fabric in the mouth opening though to get the fit right so the mask wouldn't slip in the middle of the night.

In my opinion, using the Padacheek mask liners make the mask more comfortable to wear, will reduce the need to replace face cushions as often since it keeps face oils from forming on the face cushion and reduces leaks when trimmed and fitted properly.
Thanks for your response. I have ordered Padacheek for the nasal mask, waiting for it to arrive. I saw on here that they do them for pillows too, so I am going to order that one as well. I am sure I am going to have issues with a sweaty face - summer brewing up nicely here and I don't do heat well at all!
