Hi i have been useing a ResMed Activa LT nasal mask for approx 20 months and i am thinking of changing to a ResMed SWIFT FX nasal pillow would this be a good decission as I find the face mask to bulky and anoying, and will I need to change the pressure plus how do I do this my pressure is set at 11 and my machine is a fisher & paykel HC244
Any help would be much appreciated

There is no need to change your pressure with a change in masks.

Mask preference is highly individual. I use the Swift FX nasal pillows and they work wonderfully for me. Others may hate it. Only way for you to know if you will like it is for you to try it.
