I bet it is relevant. I use the Small or XSmall Swift FX pillows with the barrel cozy and while not hard to put on over those pillows, it is a wee bit snug so it is entirely possibly that the large size pillows were being "strangled" a bit. Good thing to know in case someone else with the large pillows tries to use the barrel cozy and has similar problem with leaks or comfort even.

Maybe we need a different hole size for each size of pillow.
