Early this morning, at 2:05, I turned off my machine and pulled off my mask whilst half asleep. What awoke me to realise what had just happened? Just the pitter patter of a tiny weather system coming forth from Li'l Facehugger. Thanks, rainout, for letting me know what I had done for the first time. It's truly amazing how much water those XS pillows can contain.
Now to go and see if the supermarket carries cotton twine and resume my vigil in front of the mailbox, waiting for the barrel cozy to come.
Finally, a use for rainout

Re: Finally, a use for rainout
Yesterday morning I awoke to the sound of small raindrops being driven against my west-facing bedroom window -- or so I thought. When I finally got my eyes open, I could tell that the sun was shining brightly. Huh?!
Apparently, my humidifier was the source of the rain sound effects. It was almost dry. . .
DOH!
Ain't life with PAPpy grand?
