Straight to the point, I lost my Smartlink SD Card. Then, I tried to use two other regular sd cards (not from Devilbiss) and had no success. Since a Sd card is a Sd card, no matter if from Devilbiss or from Sandisk, what I am doing wrong? Is there something I should do to the Sd card before I use it? I tried formatting to FAT 16, FAT 32 and NTFS but still can't make it work. Also, I thought the Smartlink software could have some Sd card preparation or something, but I didn't find anything like that.
Anyone has the key for it? I'm "blind" for a month because of this.

I have no idea why you are having this issue. I use a standard SanDisk SD card that came formatted properly for use with SmartLink. However, if formatting is necessary, FAT 16 is what is required. I am wondering if the issue is actually in the module. You should send forum member, DeVilbiss Marketing, a PM and ask her about it. She works for DeVilbiss and is very helpful to us Intellipap users.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Thank you Emilia. Funny how life is, huh? The day I decide to ask for help here is the day that I got it working. Now I bought a new Sd card and everything was just fine. It seems the problem was either myself or my old Sd cards. Thank you very much!!
